Grapes for 75% white and 24% red and rosé wines are harvested on the estate and vinifed
in our cellars. Our vineyards are made up of three different yet complementary "terroirs" :

The Terres Blanches (White Earth) commonly referred to as "grosses terres" (coarse earth) is a mixture of clay and limestone. Wines from this earth are full bodied and robust.
Les “Caillottes” (Small Stones) is very stony earth over limestone subsoil. It produces fruity wines of great finesse.
• An area of siliceous clayey (silex) earth. This creates meaty wines that hold up well and have a characteristic bouquet. Found on the most easterly hills, it produces longer aging wines.
